Do you happen to know when they came out with the V2.0 update to the software? Is there a way to verify the version prior to purchase? You said your pedal was a V 2.0 version correct?

I am getting closer to ordering one, I've watched a few different vids and I think it sounds great for the money.

Mine came with 2.0, but you can update the firmware anytime via usb on all dd500.

I just bought a DD500, I hope it lives up to all the good reviews.

That was great!!!!

Have you ever experimented with having all 3 cabs the same?........instead of a 2x12 for dry, and 1x12's for the wet/dry blend?

I have a 4x12 and two 1x12's that I use in a setup that is similar to yours (but with an Eventide Eclipse for FX). Sometimes I think that the 4x12 is over-powering the 1x12's, and tonally, they don't sound the "same" to me.......I guess that might be why EVH uses 3 of the same 4x12 cabs in his rig......

Cheers! :)

I never tried same cabs, three 4x12 would sound good for sure )

I recorded two quick clips with more fx mix, blue and red channel. Blue with pitch shifting, red with Chorus.

Blue, boosted

Red boosted

The delay sounds great, I think I'm going to happy with it. The clip with the red channel sounds killer especially with your PRS, what was the other strat guitar?, I assuming these clips have your inline parallel mixer into your wet cabs.

Thanks! Strat guitar is a Yamaha Pacifica 611, sound pretty cool, quite affordable guitar. All effects are in parallel via mixer, there is also some dry sound mixed in the wet cabs from the mixer.
