Quick Rod + Triple XXX sounds pretty good!

I LOVE my XXX, it's the only amp besides the Mark IV, and 5150, that I instantly fell in love with. It's got a very cool tone to it.

How's that QR? I've been contemplating ordering one but they don't get such great reviews over on TGP.

How's that QR? I've been contemplating ordering one but they don't get such great reviews over on TGP.

I dunno, they seem to get plenty of love (and hate) over there...just like most other amps. The big difference is that on TGP, people get VERY strong willed over their opinions, which IMHO, tends to accentuate the negative.

The QR is awesome. It does a better Marshall than Marshall! That's probably why they shit on it at TGP.

By the way juggernaut, I could probably sell the head and end up with a cab that cost me nothing. That should give you a rough idea.
