I made 2 clips. 1 has a Bogner OS 2x12 loaded with 2 of the Warehouse 65's. The other clip is one of those Handwired marshall 4x12 loaded with the Heritage H30's. Ignore my playing, I'm beat right now and noddin off, especially after polishing off a 6 pack   I just wanted to hear the speakers and get opinions. I didn't take ANY time at all moving the mic around, just threw it up there.

There's 2 clips of Dio's Rainbow in the Dark for the clips.  I kinda forgot the solo and wung it for the most part.

The levels are different ya beer swilling stud

The H30s are louder so hard to really give a good objective opinion, right now I want to say the HW cab has more growl in the mids, breathing more. How close to the dustcap?

All I know is that the lead tone is bitching!

Funny, i lowered the level on my Audiobuddy for the Warehouse clip because it was peaking more in Sonar. I guess i should have just left it alone. I thought these Heritage speakers were supposed to be bright as hell? So far, this cab sounds pretty good to me, not too bright. Can't beat it for $500.

Longtrail Hibernator.BURP, I'm going to shitting like a toddler tomorrow morning.

$500????

Fucking SCORE!!!! The speakers are over $350 shipped alone. Wish I could have scored that Bogner but I have 2 tele projects going and bought that Q3 vid recorder.

This is part of the reason why I said that you needed to try them for youself and this confirms my thoughts on the cab the speaker are loaded in. The heritage h30's I heard were bright as hell bordering on ice-pick, and your recording is anything but bright, so methinks that the cab i heard was beat

the heritages sound WAAAAAAY clearer to my ears. I don't think the volume difference had much to do with that...

This cab is pretty solid, weighs a ton. These speakers may also be broken in, not sure?

Like Scott said the H30s clip was louder but I still think they sounded better.

But you HAVE to change that cheezy keyboard sound. :gethim:

I wouldn't even be able to play a Neil Young solo after 6 beers.

The H30's sound better on these two clips. The 65's don't seem to have any high end, but are thicker sounding. A combination of the two would probably be cool. Get the high cut of the 30's and use the 65's to fill in the missing midrange the 30's lack.

I liked the heritage H30's alot better, they had more highs and didn't seem overly dark.

What amp were you using with these cabs again?

on my laptop speakers and despite the volume, i think i like the 65's better. very thick and full. could be a c-hair brighter but you could probably get that with a tweak of the eq.

Fortin Cali modded Marshall, PRS McCarty, and very low volume.

I liked the H30's a lot better. OF course there is a volume issue, but the H30's seemed to have a little more cut, but with tone. The WH65's sound s lot more "smeared".... but both clips were cool. Next make a clip with both a loud volumes....since they are different wattage speakers and will sound a lot different cranked. ;)

Yeah after listening to amp for 7 hours gunned I was thinking the same thing, that clip now needs some volume
