Dude.........been waiting ALL NIGHT for your response!!! :hys: :hys:

You rock Jason!

:rawk:

So boring! I kid of course! Jason give it to them straight! The 45 watter is the amp in this series! Just like when dialing in tone most use their eyes not their ears. I can't use a 45 watt amp I need the push of a 100 watts? I prefer the 45 to the 100!

Play some ska music and maybe I'll be convinced

Jeff, you are right...the 45 is the fucking bomb in this series. Not taking away anything from the 100 at all, but if you (collective) don't need the extra channel definitely go for a 45.

Very cool demo!

Btw. what picks are you using?

Thanks! I either used Dunlop Green Jazz Tortex M3's or Dunlop Black Jazz III's...can't remember. I like them both.

But the 45 doest have the gain the 100 does correct?

It has the same amount just not the second channel that is slightly different in voicing.

^^^^^^^^
Im lost now...
I thought the voicing was the same but the gain amount was higher on the second channel?

Yeah, upon further testing, the 2nd channel is a little thicker than the first. I reserve the right to change my statements at will... :D

I didn't really spend a while lot of time on Gain Ch. 2 because 1 is so good for rhythms. Gain 2 is really good for single note stuff, for me at least, although I am sure that plenty will like it for rhythms as well.

Thanks for the further clarification! Too bad the 45w isn't 3 chans. That would be perfect. :)

where i can buy a 220/230v version of the rd45h in the us?

They aren't imported here only to Europe as far as I know.

Great Job and Videos.

I got rid of all my tube amps have been playing my AxeFX for the past year but these new Randall Fortin amps have got me jonesing to buy one.
especially for the 799 price tag it's hard to pass up especially with the tones you are getting out of it. They look great and sound amazing.
Love the Thrasher as well and looking to see what the Ola Signature goes for when and if it ever comes out.

Thanks for the posting Brother!
