Didn't Neal Schon and Vivian Campbell use these back in 80s?

Online pricing has been pushing the envelope. With so much exposure there is bound to be someone with deep enough pockets who buys an over priced piece of gear.

Since there is a record of the sold price another person lists hoping to get that or more.

i could get iic+ numbers for my century 200, not even joking

I really wish I still had the rgp1000 I had back in the day.

Ads with phrases like "If you're checking this ad, you already know what this is" make me chuckle. It's the more advanced version of "I know what I have" by making you, the reader, complicit.

You'd be shocked at how much the vintage Randalls are going for, it's been coming for a while now, $6k is abit much, but the mid $2ks has been the norm for a little while now.
Do you see the RG100ES selling for $2k. If so, mine will be gone. ?

I remember the day when you could snag these rg100ht and rg100es heads for $200 - $400 all day long on ebay. They were excellent deals as they are great sounding solid state amps. The whole Dimebag tone thing just blew up and prices have skyrocketed since.

I had about half a dozen 1980's RG's over the years and ended up selling them all due to GAS for other amps and now I seriously regret it. I should have kept at least one. My fav was a 1984 rg100es head. It had serious mojo to it... but was very picky about what cab you used with it. It always sounded best when you ran it with two 4x12's at 4ohms. Really punchy, mean tone. Had a bouncy feel to it, especially with palm mutes. Always boosted of course.
