Rap music was a psy-op (USAID)

Well guys, I think Billy Corgan may have been onto something about the intelligence agencies killing rock music.



It's now infiltrated the political sphere that something is going on - ever since USAID funding got cut, all of the sudden there's the massive decrease in the popularity of rap music.

There isn't any smoking gun yet, but I am calling this now; Billy Corgan was right.

I heard it claimed more than once that the prison industrial system along with record co's was active in promoting gangster rap as a way to boost incarceration rates of black males in order to bolster profits. At the time the cosby effect is said to have been a real, measurable thing and more black males were going to college. Not the case throughout the late 90s and well into the 2000s.
