Ok,so now what are the amps?
Only one I reconize is the Fish.

Cool porn.

It literally is "Bogner Porn".

Original Fish and the dick pic of Reinhold is pretty rare, not sure about the other amps.

Either way awesome pics except for the one of Reinhold, maybe crop the bottom half inch of it. :aww:

Lol! Didn't even notice at first!

Cool amps. I see a Fish, 100B and maybe a Caveman? Not sure about the top pic though.

The first one is 78 2204 that RB modded in 1991 or 2 at Maken Music In NH. a little later Mark C was working at GC in Redondo at the time and he tweaked it a little too. He was recommended by John Norum who lived right around the corner from the GC. It later went back to RB for a new headshell. Then once again back to Mark for some more fairy dust.. It has been in hawk in a pawn shop in washngton for the last 18 years. Was never mine, but I have played it extensively and it is an amazing amp. lots of gain and it comes on quick. It was the best straight up 80's sounding amp I ever played for what that is worth.. Lynch /Martini tone drip out of that thing.

Then the leaning tower of bankruptcy has a Caveman head on top right. the empty caveman combo shell is bottom right.

The XTC is 100b serial # 001. Mine for many years but I sold it to a friend. edit looks like that one is 060 not 001.

the gut shot is a Caveman. Talk about a labor intensive amp. great tone. regret selling it too.

And yes that is RB and I at Namm in like 2002 ish

What is that first amp????????????????????????????

In a pawn shop for 18 years? damn!! I thought those places sold your stuff if you don't get them. I had a friend who was always borrowing money and he was always stressing saying he had a few days left to get what ever he pawned.

What a waste, just being locked away for 18 years. With tones like you describe, I bet it would be fun to play.

No shit. It belongs to my friend Tim. he won't sell it. he loves it. he pays the interest on it and a bunch of other stuff, gets it all out when he can, then it all goes back into hawk when biz is slow. I have offered him stupid money for it. He won't budge. Stupid I know, but I do pride him for hanging on to it at least.

i had three 101b over the years

was my number one for about 7 years

white chassis

black chassis

with all bells and whistles

also stripped down.

played the anniv and my firends culterri 100b

love em.

sold em all on my amp journey

been super happy on my current wizard kick

Hilarious. That was my favorite NAMM ever. RB was arrested at that show. The punch bowl of Absolut Vodka and Red Bull was awesome. They unleashed a crazy octopus looking amp that never got released.

Hey Steve! Happy New year! I remember that. He was already on a tear by 11am IIRC. That was awesome. Do you rememeber.. I brought a back pack full of the freshest best and also oiliest smoked salmon..

It was funny watching people in the music booths (some vendors and artists included...Peter.. ;) ) haha.. Th elite of music industry caught wolfing down the goods and then wreaking of smoked fish with their fingers dripping with oil. It was funny as hell but no one was complaining cause that fish was good. ( it was really ralph's kidney in a jar.. ;)  ) Funny stuff.

Then came the hotel room that became the Fart Tank with Kage, Ralph, Bob .. Capped that one off with some drunk dining at Dennys with the same crew plus Mark C. omg !! tears of laughter in recollection of that one. Definitely the funnest NAMM show ever for me!

Happy New Year to you too! Yes that was a great show. I missed out on your smoked salmon dammit. That show had Shawn Lane and some fantastic stuff. My favorite NAMM and RB was and crazy funny that day.

Thanks Steve.

I might be getting my years mixed up? or maybe mixing a bit of each. Wasn't this the same year as the Tone Merchants gig with Ron Thal,Govan, Matiass Eklund Nick Sterling. They all played Diezels. Wasn't this the same year? I clearly remember the year the gauze bandit got ejected but cant remember what year it was and if it was the same year as that amazing show at Tone Merchants.
