Re-tubed Mesa Tremoverb Now There Is No Sound??!!

Well just swapped all the tubes except for the stock Mesa 5u4g's and no sound at all??!! I did notice when I turned the amp on and was checking all of the tubes to see if they were lighting up that the one jj 6l6gc 2nd from left wasn't glowing but when I moved it a little it started glowing and then when I took the amp off standby there was a little bit of a blue glow in it? All the tubes were glowing fine, couldn't see the V4 preamp tube cause of the cover but everything was hooked up right, etc. I don't know what it could be??!!

Start swapping out pre's one at a time. Take one of the old one's and start by swapping it with each position one at a time.

Yea tell me about it!!! First my Marshall Artist 3203 and now the Mesa!

I just put tubes in I had lying around cause I haven't been happy with the sound of the Mesa and the JJ 6L6GC's I put in I ordered from Bob @ Eurotubes a couple years ago and only had them in the Mesa for like a month at that time and then my brother in law got me all new Mesa tubes for my birthday back then and I put those in. I had misc. preamp tubes lying around so I thought I'd experiment and well you see what happened!!

I'm gonna get a hold of Jerry at FJA Mods and see what mods he does on the Tremoverbs. With the Marshall my buddy still has it checking it out waiting to hear back from him and we might possibly have a trade deal going on, my Marshall for his Peavey XXX head
