Boss Turbo Overdrive? OD2-r has remote switch capability to switch between normal gain and "Turbo" gain mode...

Green Rhino is pretty darn good for the TS type. I preferred it to the Maxon 808 and 820 I had next to it. I would highly reccommend the Cussack V2 over either of these though for TS type pedal. Very quiet also, not that the others are not.
