Recorded the new album with my Diezel Herbert

Thanks Hoff!! The larger art isn't online just yet. We ordered the physicals and are waiting for them to come in before we post it. However we have sent them to everyone who has bought the digital copy and has wanted it.

snare is way too loud in the mix, otherwise...pretty rockin!
 
I can agree that it sounds alittle loud but i like how defined it is :D Thanks for checking it out!!

the snare being dominant in the mix does suck though, hard to hear the guitar....

vocals are killer. rhythms are killer, nice job :)
 
Wielding Mass Destruction made me realize it was a herbert. that sounds great! i love that the treble doesn't sound sizzley like most metal guitar players tones do.

Wielding Mass Destruction and Child Devourer were recorded with a different guitar then the rest of the album and show's off the amp alittle more in my opinion (obviously they were recorded with my favorite guitar lol)

Thanks Mike!! I'm glad u finally got to hear it. The first 8 songs are the new album and they were all recorded with Tone. Glad you like it!!

Ok, I could take about 10 seconds. Seems like a waste of a perfectly good amp.
 
It sounds like a Diezel to me, kinda gluey, if that makes sense. Not to be that much of a dick but I'd listen to you guys if you got a singer and played some music. :)
 
Aww I love it when guitarists give their opinions on music. Come on guys. Time to grow up and be musicians. I like all music from pop to metal to jazz and everything in-between :D With that being said everyone is entitled to their opinions

Nah seriously though we tried richies d120 and the 2 different engls we had and the diezel killed them all in the recordings. the herbert really doesnt sound the same as it does in person (deff sounds way better in person) but it sounds the best recorded. We did the recording with a $300 mic preamp and a sm57. Considering that I think it came out pretty awesome.
