Hey guys!
Here's my demo of the RedSeven Numero Uno, Stefan Hauk's signature amp! Stefan is an awesome guitarist from Australia who teamed up with the guys at RedSeven to create his ideal blues rock amp, I think they absolutely nailed it. It's very different from the usual high-gain amps RedSeven is mostly known for. Having had the chance to play it extensively in the last couple of weeks, I would describe it as the perfect marriage of vintage and modern. Think about it as a classic British sound, but warmer, smoother and with a bolder, more solid low end. The KT88 power section offers a very high headroom, so the lows never flub out. Stefan is mostly a single coil player, and I think it shows in the overall character of this amp, it absolutely shines when using a Strat. Unfortunately, I currently don't own any guitar with single coils, so in the video I'm relying on the usual JB/59 combo, although in the last clip you can hear the 59 splitted.
