anybody know how to make a "redwood" topped guitar look transblack?

Heres what I want (not on this guitar)

so How do I get it like the first pic?

It's a stained guitar, mate. They take a redwood top, and stain it Trans. Black. It's just like a trans color over Flame/Quilt/Burl Maple, I'd think.
 
You can get dyes. Pretty much you'd want a black dye and there's different ways to apply them, some are rub on and others are spray. You will need to refinish the body though.
 
what i mean is, I think the bottom guitar is the 30th anniversary dean ml, its supposed to be trans black, like the first pic, but it turned out that red color. maybe it was just a mistake on there part

I would call the store and tell them and ask if they could exchange it for one in Transblack. It is a mistake on their part.

not mine btw. but I emailed a Dean dealer and asked him about it, weather or not the trans-black is actually trans-black or if it turns out red
