Been laughing and crying lately that many of us tried all the kingleys pedals and liked them like a damn decade before this TGP waitlist hype.
Had I known the pedals that were sold to me at a loss would command such high dollar prices I would have kept them all, sold them and grabbed another diezel. ?
We were there WAY first. It led to me trying ALL of the available tube preamp pedals on earth at the time. I even built some with nixie power supplies. There is a post here at RT from way back where Im telling gillaume two notes about them about a year before his preamps existed.
These last few years makers seem to FINALLY be catching on but not as much as I expected. ALL amplifier preamps should also be available stand alone as pedals at this point IMO.
What baffles me is how no bass company has made preamp pedals of ALL the usual suspects. Idiotic, they would clean up.
Anyway I laugh often at people pointing out kingsley as something new and awesome at TGP daily. It feel SO old hat.
Any of you other RT OG feel the same way?!
