Any fees for selling gear on reverb.com?
I listed a guitar for $1800 and some jamoke offers me $1000. It's like really dude?Beyond Black":3l0bf1sv said:I've had really good luck selling on Reverb. The last probably 6 out of 8 items I've sold have been on Reverb. There are lowballers, but I don't even respond to them. Let them wonder for 24 hours until their offer expires whether or not I'm going to accept. Fuck 'em.![]()
That's how things have gone for me over on Reverb as well. I had a AVRI strat up on there for $1000 a little while back, and I can't tell you how many people were sending me offers in the ball park of $400-300. Like get real guys. I found it particularly entertaining when they'd get offended upon receiving a counter offer, then act as though they've been overly generous with their initial offer... Such a strange group of buyers on that site.LP Freak":1pjf4ulf said:I listed a guitar for $1800 and some jamoke offers me $1000. It's like really dude?
I did end up selling it for my asking price though so I guess I shouldn't complain too much.worldcatalyst":4gcpu5pb said:That's how things have gone for me over on Reverb as well.
