I listed some picks-ups for sale here, cheap, and got a few views, no offers, meh, so what, nice pick ups but not juicy enough I suppose. So I listed them on Reverb and instantly I got an offer for them and I counter offered. In between counter offering someone paid full price for them. We're talking minutes after listing the pick-ups at 50% higher than what they were listed for here.
I do like Reverb! And eBay. Shit sells, shit sells fast. Most of my shit sells within a day or two, the only thing that hasn't is some piano someone had on CL listed for free "just come get it", it's a ridiculously nice piano so I don't mind if it doesn't sell, but it will. And a Jackson neck that everyone thought I should just give away, it did sell for what I wanted after a couple of months and then it got lost in the mail, fucking UPS.
Buy on CL, sell on Reverb or eBay, all day.
