@rsm was chosen as the pedal winner! I love the stories and how some were humble enough to say they didnt need the pedal but still offered their stories. I had trouble choosing but there were some good reasons why I did and my daughter read some posts and I allowed her to have some input as well. Love Rigtalk and wish i had enough gear to give everyone something!

It was just this post i made i let her read lol. Then she was like meh because she is 14 and then reminded me I had to take her to softball practice. She plays travel ball and that alone is one major reason I dont have money for much guitar gear but shes worth that

Hopefully she is good enough for a scholarship, or you won't have any money until after her college or university.

No doubt! Lol she’s 8th grade but has already been invited to several college prospect camps. They told us they couldnt actually talk to her as an 8th grader but they still could watch her. She did decent. So we shall see what happens in the next few years. She pitches mainly but her batting avg was .358 recently

I am a child of the 70's/80's like most of us.
Got into this thing called amplification in my 40's.
Oldest memories would be:
-Listening to my dad play acoustic and sing with my mom (John Denver/S&G/Dylan).
-Finding albums by The Beatles, The Kinks, The Doors.
-Becoming a KISS freak in the 3rd grade.
-Listening to VH II on my paper-route at 5am.
-Discovering Led Zeppelin
-Was handed a cassette called Master of Puppets while working at Pizza Hut in H.S.
-Discovering 311, Limp Bizkit, Killswitch Engage, Slipknot, Tree One Four, Iya Terra

Yea Dokken’s Back for the Attack(Lynch) is the main reason I wanted to learn guitar. Serves me well as my avatar lol
