One of the best drum intros ever recorded over the mountain rest in peace

RIP what a loss. He's up there with Randy now. You dogs may want to check out 30 yrs after the blizzard on YT.

Well at least Ozzy finally sent him his platinum record awards with a personal letter a year or two ago. RIP

Damn these are adding up. Was listening to Ozzy 40 years since Blizzard on XM Ozzy’s Boneyard yesterday.

Wow. Only just a few years ago. The more I find out about Ozzy as a human being, the less I like him. I’m sure a lot of it was Sharon, but at some point, he could’ve had the balls to stand up to her. I don’t know. They’re both pretty sorry people, imho.

I could almost be convinced after 4 beers and a dark room!
4 beers? You're an easy room, brother.

It'd take at least 5...

It's well known the music biz isn't pretty.

I beg to differ.

I’d give them the four beers and keep the room dark so they’d do me.

yeah it is but don't forget the intro to "Little Dolls" as well ... that is equally as awesome

RIP Lee

I believe Lee came up with the vocal melody and rhythm to the lead vocal line on DOAMM.

I'd fuck her.......oh wait..... :aww:
You’d still ruck them

Hey, you aren't gay if a guy goes down on you..HE's gay! In this instance, I would give all of us a pass. C.C might scare me a little though.

As for Lee, bummer indeed but at least the guy finally got Ozzy to recognize him and that that killer intro lives on forever.

The 30 years of Blizzard documentary is back up on Youtube. So sickening that there isn't a single mention of Lee or Bob. The way they tell it, Ozzy and Randy were heavy metal's Lennon-McCartney and they had a couple session guys play bass and drums on the tracks... even though Daisley is well documented as having written not only the lyrics for that album but the lyrics on every Ozzy album in the 80s.

I tried watching it but it contains Sharon's voice and face so I could not, in good conscience, continue.

Big fan of Daisley and his writing prowress but talk about an abused wife that sticks around because her husband tells her he loves her... the guy continuously got screwed over and kept coming back for more. If he hadn't though, the material likely would not have turned out as it did so I'm thankful for that.
