Bht is just the Chinese tube and Cz is the JJ made I think.

Normally Ruby just buys tubes from manufacturers and does their testing/matching. Like GT does /did. I know the Ruby El34B was just a Chinese el34 that could be purchased anywhere.
I wouldn’t think JJ would make a special tube just for Ruby, but coukd be a possibility.

The BHT is Chinese, now defunct. CZ is JJ
If a seller like Ruby wants a modified version of a tube, it will get a special designation - STR - special tube request.
Like Geo said above - Ruby just tests stock and grades it slapping on their own silkscreen.
