I just saw them Friday. They sounded real good. Jerry played but he looked a little tired. Betty White on the kick drum was awesome! LOL

I hope AIC changes makes a dirty album again . I miss the nasty sludgy tones of TRIPOD . Last couple are so produced and smooth. But I love the songs

Tripod doesn’t get enough respect in relation to their discography. I can put it on and listen from start to finish and am always satisfied. Such an awesome album.

I think each album was better than the last when it comes to original AIC . Tripod is some serious art from a place of human pain . Definitely the art statement by then for me

Why? Cuz it didn’t speak to you? These guys have slayed every time I’ve seen them, including Jerry’s solo stuff. I like the whole catalog including post-LS. They’ve evolved - can’t play the same two albums for 30+ years… unless you’re Rob Zombie, in which case, you play the same one song for 40 years!

Are they using in ears for this performance? sounds like the drums are real loud and everything else is neutered/ muted- maybe its the recording

Jerry recently said he is using in ears so he can stay on pitch when singing, but he uses a couple of 2x12 5150 cabs as monitors in front of him for feedback & "feel".
