Shiva 20th or Older Shiva for better cleans?

I have an older Bogner Shiva and the cleans are amazing. I have heard the 20th aren't as good? Can anyone who has played both give me there opinion?

On the 20th clean channel you still have the option of a bright or normal without bringing in the boost on the clean?

also the mode and shift are extra voicings if switched out its the normal Shiva voicing?

20th has even better cleans. At least mine was.

Thanks for input but when the mode and shift buttons are out its the default Channel 2 tone right? Or does it have to be Shift or mode?

I just got the 20th Shiva in the shop last week and the cleans are really really good, better than the original for sure.

From what I can remember when I played the 20th and Regular EL34 Shiva back to back, YES, mode and shift switches OUT is the standard shiva gain setting.

Keep in mind, the KT88s will alter the tone to quite a degree.
