To be fair, let’s not forget each amp is run into a W/D/W set up.

Two SDE 3000’s on a 800 watt Matrix power amp for each side. One SDE is probably set at 500 ms and the other 250 ms. I’m not here to badmouth or talk shit, but through that set up anything will sound fucking enormous.

Now the secret is how to achieve that tone with a 20W head and a 1x12 cabinet.

Man I was actually really impressed with the guitar. The guy playing it before me was getting up to go and was like, "Here!" Felt really comfortable and played/sounded great.

I am hoping to get a pass next year that gets me in earlier in the morning instead of that 10am BS! LOL! I already have lofty plans for a new NAMM/Mobile rig. BE Dlx is pretty killer. I only got to hear it for a short bit. Maybe I can convince Dave to send me the 100 Deluxe and JJ Jr for proper run-throughs! LOL! I only had from 1pm on Friday to 2:30pm on Sat at NAMM so definitely didn't;t get in as much as I hoped.

Likely not but a girl can dream...

Thanks man. Having 2 teenagers, 3 dogs and all certainly means vids are not always convenient. Thankfully Mrs. Evil is pretty darn cool. This is definitely a passion of mine that only came about from Steve Henning liking some recordings I did and wanted clips when he released the Bottle Rocket. I was like, “clips schmlips! I’ll make a vid!” Now here we are. I’m no Pete Thorn or Ola. No ones throwing cash at me but I’ve met some cool people and hopefully Dunky’s will continue to grow.

I’m very thankful you guys dig what I do and appreciate all the support. Hopefully the guys here that are builders take note and consider using me! Lol! I’d love to be one of the “go to” guys at some point.

Until then I’ll keep churning out what I can. I have some cool things in the works that will hopefully pan out. Need to get my subscriptions up. That’s for sure.

EXACTLY! ANYTHING is going to sound good out of that setup, so it's highly misleading. Same thing with clips and buried in a mix and FX added, etc. What the fuck does the amp sound like straight in, no fx?? Then and only then, will you be able to compare apples to apples.
