Face to face and handshakes are always good but documentation is key
This post is not to question you Mr Willy or what happened. Anyone can have a bad day/transaction.
So on my break I did a bit of research. Not making any judgements here, just trying to be factual.

Googled 'ntlguitars'
According to linkin he is:
Jay M. Kolanda
There is one reference to Jay Kolanda within Rig-Talk. A reference to his shop. Post says 'he knows his stuff'
Appears to be many references to Jay and NTL at TGP.
Googled ntlguitars
That pops up on other forums with mostly positive stuff at: My Les Paul, Gibson forum, Line6 forum, bareknuckles forum, fractal, reverb, seymourduncan, guitarscanada, talkbass, everything sg, organforum, rivercityamps, electric jackson-fusion, the list seems to go on.
Googled Jay Kolanda -
I see similar positive references on: jimwagnerpickups, hamerfanclub, reverb, tdpri, and similar on MLP, fractal, etc.
So unless he is shilling, he does seem to have a positive reference base. The only negative thing I can find is here in this thread.
Nothing shows up on BBB either and I did not open all the references found in the above forums, just flipping through pages in Google.
