Never heard of it, post the clips
Are they all Made in China now?Shure marketing plan: bump the price to 2.5x current dynamics by temporarily producing demo units in the US, try to get some favorable press after years of releasing shit sounding Chinese mics no one can pretend to like even for ad money, then move production to China while keeping price unchanged.
I posted 2 Clips above.I'm curious too.
They have production capability in the US (small amounts), Mexico, and China. The 57/58 moved to China from Mexico a while back. Are they all Made in China now?
Or you could simply use a 57 together with your 421.interesting, i dig it in that second video. i got this md421 i never use, maybe ill see if i can trade it in for one of these
Ok, thanks. They have production capability in the US (small amounts), Mexico, and China. The 57/58 moved to China from Mexico a while back.
For first-world manufactured dynamics to stick in front of a guitar cab, if you want hype the e906 and M88 (TG) are nice and I can usually find a position that sounds like a dry version of what I hear in the room. RE-20 for no hype. For mega-hype I'd probably buy an old US-made Unidyne III - it's not like they wear out. Or an old MD421.
EV in the USA I believe.Ok, thanks.
Where's the RE-20 made?
Or you could simply use a 57 together with your 421.
