The Snakepit CDs gave me my taste of GnR, post breakup. Yeah Axl had a unique voice and writing style, but I really enjoy the Snakepit stuff....

Appetite really had the critics wake up and say "Whoa, Aerosmith cock rock didn't die in the 70s...."

Axl sounds terrible now. And he's way out of shape. He looks like a grandmother.

A reunion should have happened in 2005/2006. Axl sounded great then.

Dumb. Go relisten to Slash's playing and if your ears are working you'll be able to tell he's a fair bit more proficient than many of the names you listed. I do agree Slash is a bit overrated, but he's not a "hack." His playing has only gotten better as the years have gone on. And since when is it a crime to be a hard rock guitar player?

I agree. He has become a better technical player over the years.

It's very clear that Axl's been waiting for a few years away from "Guns and Tulips" to come out of the closet (similar to what Halford did) to promote Axl's new band "Twinkle Toes & The Irish Quilts".
