Honestly did this a lot in college and would put music in the background and have the best sleep.....


Been doing it more lately and yeah it definitely brings great sleep, definitely recommend and you wake up like a million bucks after 6-8 hour full sleep ^_^

Yeah this is exactly what I like. It's extremely relaxing and great for falling asleep to.
