Small Patch Panels

Good afternoon all! I am currently in the market for a small box, like a patch bay that will allow me to plug 3 1/4" cables into it. Does anyone have any recommendations of this? It doesn't need to be these larger rack ones I see available, something small would be perfect.

Friedman makes one for a pedalboard that is a patch bay more or less.

If you are at all handy, go to Redco Audio and get parts to build something specific. That's what I do.
