After speaking with him a couple of times, I agree with you. He says he didn't put toys in the box so I'll take his word for it.

By the way, I too often have my packages delivered to me with evidence of being previously opened in transit.

Either way, you're right. He seems like a decent guy. I don't like to assume the worst of people, so I'll leave the unknowns as "unknown" and just work on getting this resolved.

Do you know any cops to dust for fingerprints on the toys? Cops friends are good for this stuff all off the record of course.

Its no big deal. Golden rule and all. I have already popped a flare to germany. As soon as I hear back from Peter Stapfer with my cost I will give it to you. I usually ship with DHL Express but UPS might be cheaper for a empty headshell. Regardless whatever it is, it is, not a penny more. I know it sucks to be excited about something, save for it and then be bummed when its gets busted. I wasn't always able to buy and sell this stuff at will
