I emailed Bruce with a question about the Renegade reverb using an email address from these forums and never got a reply. Never got a rejected email notice so I'm assuming it just didn't get a response. Have really struggled getting a response from Egnater using the links on the website, too.

I'm not sure what sort of problems you've had getting a hold of someone, but my direct e-mail is in this thread if you've got a question about something. My dad gets a million e-mails every day, and honestly sometimes a few get lost in the shuffle. So like I said, if you've got a question, I'm very easy to get a hold of through the forums or e-mail.

I did in fact get your e-mail last week. I was going to try and respond to it today. Unfortunately I got swamped with things last week, and then had some personal family issues this weekend, so work e-mails got sidelined for a few days. Countless people can vouch for me being easy to get a hold of and normally quick to respond. Bruce does tend to lose e-mails in the tons of them he gets each day. He usually passes them on to me, or one of our customer service guys, unless they require his immediate attention. However, I sit here next to him every day, so it's not like he doesn't hear what I talk to you guys about. Again, sorry about the delayed response to anyone this past week.
