Do you ask for cash only, or do you do PPFF or Zelle, ect?
This is where I’m at.Cash. I assume I don't know all the ways various payment systems can be scammed.
I'd also add a counterfeit detector pen these days.Cash and take the strap too

@ LP Freak......Cash, check each bill for security threads and the watermarks, hold each bill up to some kind of light to verify. Kind of hard to do with an impatient buyer but take your time. Have a friend with you to watch your back if possible if this is a high dollar deal.Do you ask for cash only, or do you do PPFF or Zelle, ect?
Exactly!Cash and concealed carry.
Where do you pickup up those markers? That's alot quicker than looking for the security threads and watermarks!cash only. for large items, I'll take cash or a bank / cashier's check, and meet the buyer at the issuing bank's branch to have it verified. (for selling a car).
I just sold a car on FB marketplace, and the buyer paid cash. I have a temp marker to check bills that turns yellow if the bill is real, or dark brown if it isn't.
even bank/cashiers checks and things like venmo, can be reversed later; e.g., the bank check isn't real.

Latex gloves to prevent transfer of covid, mask, a hi cap 9mm pistol in case I'm robbed plus two spare magazines and a rifle in the truck in case it gets serious, handcuffs, blues police badge, autoclave for sterilizing the cash, my favorite pair of Carlosby Carlos Santana sneakers in case of a foot chase, good to go.

The Santana shoes allow for a smooth getaway.
