This is great. I switched from Comcast to Verizon FIOS and now my 360 won't connect to Verizons router. And Verizon won't help because they don't support the 360.

Thanks, I'm reading up on that thread. I also have an Actiontec router which is apparently a piece of shit.

Actually, the problem is the USB wireless connection of the 360. Guess what though, i found my old wireless adapter from my old Xbox, plugged it in, and it works. I was tring a Lynksys router plugged into the Verizon router, but that setup just scews up my laptops connections.
