Clean and high gain based on the VH4 channel 3 although the clean has been improved in this amp and in Peter Diezel's comments channel 2 is just a touch more modern sounding.

Awesome amp that really sounds and feels incredible.

Really an not sure where to go from here. Another ksr feminine/colossus, maybe another jp2c, maybe a metro dvl, another Herbert, I'm honestly not sure. I really like this amp as is, it's just the only amp I'm willing to move right now to play with another amp. If the right deal comes along, that's cool, if not that's cool too. The market doesn't seem very good to buy and sell now anyway, but old habits die hard... Lol
