Badass, I'll give you a call when I get back stateside. I have a Metro Superbass that needs some love too. I wanted to do this one myself, but It looks like I'm headed right back out the door in Aug, so I may never get the chance to crack it open before I take off again. Slightly thicker in voicing with a little less fizz on the lead channel...tighten it up a bit in the low-end.

Not to destroy this thread but maybe try a different cab or speakers.
IMHO the low end is pretty tight and the fizz can be tamed simply by adjusting the tone controls including the prescence.
YMMV.
