OMG Mick Mars is disabled as well. Should we wait until the stage rusher kills someone? He knocks down Mick, breaks a security guards ribs and you're worried that he might be mentally ill? I'll say anyone who would do that is mentally ill, and as said above should be seen as a mortal threat. I doubt he just laid down after to be taken into custody. So, if he needs to be restrained, hard or not, so others can be safe - so be it.
