George is George.....this is a good example of who he is as a player and not that far removed from the past 10 years. I've seen him tear it up better than this for sure, but to judge a player on one video is unfair. George has always been a "off the cuff" player! He knows a bunch of different shapes and scale fragments but he is not a technical player. One thing George does have is a unique style and tone that is all his own. Good or bad, when Lynch is playing you know it's him! Show the guy some respect, he is a living legend whether he impresses you or not!![]()

I have been digging some of the early work. It seems like right there he is just breaking rules of his past trends and reaching for new territory. Whatever. I like George the musician.

George is a musician, artist, composer, a businessman amoung other things and one of the coolest things to happen to rock music ever. Carving out a unique and original style in the world of music for over 40 years.
Don't know if you notice but the dudes got more sig gear that any man alive and doesn't have a problem getting a gig.
