Sparkle paint jobs

Looking to get the top of my Les Paul painted/refined in heavy gold or green sparkle. Like a serious big chunk sparkle paint job on a car.

It was suggested by my guitar tech that I try Marty Bell. I am in NY so if there is someone closer where I could check out their work in person? I just want the top done nothing else. Thanks

I saw some one hit wonder band open for AIC a few years ago and the main guitar player had 2 or 3 different big sparkle top LP's.

Had a small collection of Fender sparkle guitars a few years ago. But they kind of sucked (playing-wise). REALLY been wanting to get a collection of sparkle LPs going for a few years now. Red, green, purple, black, blue, gold, silver, orange, rootbeer, etc, etc. Mmmm...

Marty has done several guitars for me. His sparkles are crazy good. Have no fear, he is excellent and you won't be disappointed.

i love sparkle guitars too...i have a really fine sparkly rg550..silver... and i love it. there was a post about this about a few weeks ago

my favorite sparkle guitar i've seen is Alanis morrisette's sparkle brown/copper fender strat....it's so goddamned ugly its beautiful!

I love sparkle paint jobs...and nobody does them better than Marty. Save yourself the hassle of searching for somebody closer and send him your guitar. His work is unsurpassed and his turn-around time unbeatable.

Marty took my lowly black LP Studio, taped off some faux binding, and turned it into a sparkly rock and roll monster.

He. Is. The. best.

Remove all hardware. Pack your guitar well, and ship to him. You will not be disappointed...best in the biz.

I have yet to meet someone who sees my guitar, and DOESN'T say "Holy sh*t, that's freaking AWESOME."

sparkle guitars always make me feel like I should be in a Cars cover band or something. although I do sort of love that chameleon sparkle finish on the Ibanez Xiphos 7

Marty has a great rep; check on TGP for a few other guys who have done it well. Pat Wilkins is outstanding.
