Hate to say it, but winter is around the corner. Is there any harm in leaving speaker cabs in below freezing temps during the winter? I live in the Chicagoland area and would like to leave my speaker cab in our bands trailer this winter and just use a spare in our rehearsal space if possible. Same question but also applied to pedals, tube amps, PA equipment, etc. (Guitars are most definitely not staying outside)

Definitely not ideal, but you should be fine. I personally would never do it because condensation can form, which is not great for electronics. But it seems like you are going to go this route, so nbd.

Not ideal, but most likey not a problem. Let it acclimate a bit when you bring it out of the cold. My cabs & PA lived in a truck for 10+ years here in WI. Hot summers, cold winters. They survived flying through the fiberglass roof of said truck in a rollover. ...but that's a story for another time.

Humidity changes is the killer of amps and speakers. I would rather just take the few minutes and carry them inside then have to worry. Also, what if someone decides to break into your trailer? Can't trust these fools!

Lot of bands around the 70's used to just keep amps/cabs in there car after a gig.
Ever see a Super Lead Plexi with stained chassis and rusted Trannys?
A nice warm amp into the overnite cold = Condensation

(Ask Maiman Dan about Rusty Trannys)
