Splawn 2x12 Cab Wiring Question

Hey Guys -

I have a Splawn OS 2x12 cab with Eminence GOV/MOW 16ohm speakers. The jack plate on the back says: 8ohm - 150 watts (has 2 jacks). When I open up the cab, It looks like it’s wired in series, but something just doesn’t add up, cause if it’s actually wired in series, with 16ohm speakers, the load would be 32ohm, correct?? Is it possible that the locking jack is 16ohm mono and the other other jack (output??) would be for 2 cabs running in 8ohm stereo???

Aren't most Splawn cabs wired in Parallel?? Maybe this one is, but it doesn't seem to match any of the schematics I find on-line. When I ordered the cab, I didn't specify and particular wiring.

I'm sure that I'm just not understanding something, which is not surprising!!

I would like to try out some different speakers.

I cannot see that cab wired in series if the speakers are 16 ohm speakers, you must be looking at it wrong

You are probably right! I'll have to admit that I'm not the greatest when it comes to wiring. I think most Splawns come wired as Parallel.
