Splawn FX loop help

Pedals are being designed better and better for loop use nowadays but they still do not afford users with the same advantages as a cheap but great sounding unit like the Rocktron Intellifex and similar counterparts.
No tone suck, complete analog signal path and the ability to store you own user presets that you can call up on demand and then alter in real time. The Zoom is a tone smasher. There's no such thing as a all in one effects unit unfortunately.
Pedals in front, processor in the rear!
Any time based FX in the loop. Good rule of thumb.
That's my rant every time guys.

I hear you about pedal limitations vs. racks but I also don't want to spend more time programming thatn I do playing.

One man's chicken and all that.

Thats fine. I view it the other way. Id rather not constanly fiddle with pedal settings for different songs. I can save the exact settings I need per song a head of time and I like that better. Otherwise Id have to remember to change pedal settings constantly.

Werent you just getting the zoom as a temporary solution until something else came through? I had a gmajor for a short while. I was able to set up all of my FX patches in about 2 hours, and from there, I never had to touch them. WAY easier than having pedals was. Eventually, though, you realize you dont need FX anyway, and when you do, its like FREEDOM haha.

Took the Splawn down to Sam Ash today. Got three new paddles. At least this time I did it right and try them out through the amp!

The holy Trinity! Delay chorus and reverb. I'll be posting a new pedal day thread shortly
