Splawn Quickrod B+ issue

Hey guys
Have an issue w my dirty channel. It's very quiet. Usually volume @ 2 is usually cranking loud. Now I need to crank to match the clean.. Which is LOUD on 1. Thoughts
???
Power tubes are fairly new. Could a pre be bad& causing this???

That's Vince(splawner's) 2012 QR nonB+. Good tones. I had one. Just prefer the old ones. I got good tones outta all 4 my Spawns. Doug's clips of his 2012 Nitro sound great too for Metallica stuff. Never played a Nitro. Played a Promod next to my QR about 5 years ago. The Promod made me glad i had a QR. The KT88's were good for the kid's who owned it style music...very djent meets protest the hero stuff. But my QR had more sag and less scoop. I like the fact the nitro has a resonance control. probably needed.
