Steel Panther Mothers Day song.

This is still my all time favorite song from them and is a total time machine to the bad part of the 80's that we all are embarrassed to admit we liked...

I love Steel Panther. My avatar is the costume/wig/fake tattoo sleeves I bought for a Steel Panther tribute band a friend and I were going to do; All You Can Eat. Unfortunately, he never worked on any of the vocal parts, and turns out not to have had the range needed anyways. But that was after I had already spent the money on the clothes and accessories and learned all the guitar parts. The best thing to come out of it was my character name: Shreddy Mercury lol

So I just watched the video. I think they've just run out of funny ideas and have devolved into not really being that clever anymore...which hurts me to say 😔

Idk why but ever since Lexi left the band I haven't been able to get in to anything they've been doing

Which is wild because I absolutely love those first three albums

Lexi was sort of the embodiment of their whole schtick. I don't really care for Spyder or whatever his name is.

I would agree as it's still insane, but not nearly and good as the earlier stuff.

I'm with Devin on this, haven't liked anything since Lexi left

I keep waiting for the eventuality of Satchel morphing into a serious Jazz cat in his later years.

He was sneaking into Mike Stern shows when he was 15, it’s in his DNA.
