With the Luke III guitar he switched to DiMarzio passive 'buckers (HH configuration).
This video was from 6 years ago when he was still playing the Luke II, which had custom EMGs in it (on the street models too), although it looks like he's swapped out the neck PU with a passive one here.

Thats the guitar with sustainer in it, thats why the neck pickup looks like a passive..

The current Luke III guitars don't have DiMarzio pups anymore. They have EBMM pups

I researched it closely back in the day when they came out but decided to pick up a 2nd-hand Luke II 'cause the "new" LIII was too-expensive.
Obviously back then it was DiMarzio.
