FLOYD ROSE PUSH-PULL OR SCREW IN BAR CAN BE INSTALLED ON EITHER THE 6 HOLE VINTAGE OF FULCRUM FENDER BRIDGES.
THESE ONE OF A KIND BRIDGES WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON OR @ 2024 NAMM. THIS MODIFIED BRIDGE WILL BE LIGHTER AND TURN YOUR STRAT INTO A SUPER STRAT ON STERIODS WITHOUT CHANGING ANY OF THE WELL KNOW CHARACTERISTICS RATHER ENHANCE THE QUACK THAT A STRAT IS KNOW FOR WHILE IMPROVING ATTACK,SUSTAIN,HARMONIC STRUCTURE AND FEEL IN THE NECK ARE JUST A FEW ADVANTAGES..

FOR THE MANY FOLKS NOT AWARE OF HOW THE STRAT SUSTAIN BLOCK IS DIFFERENT THAN THE FLOYD SET UP IS BASED ON THE STRAT BAR MOUNTS IN THE SUSTAIN BLOCK ITSELF THE WAY IT DOES ON ANY STRAT COMPARED TO A FLOYD WHERE THE BAR ASSEMBLY IS ISOLATED FROM THE SUSTAIN BLOCK SO I'VE MODIFIED THE STRAT BRIDGE TO ACCOMADATE THE SAME SET-UP AS A FLOYD. BRAND NEW IN BOX STONE TONE MODIFIED FENDER BRIDGES COMING SOON.

THE NEW BENCHMARK FOR STRATOCASTER PERFORMANCE — BATCH 01 COMING JANUARY 2027. 🎸🔥

After more than 22 years developing Stone Tone Products’ proprietary granite technology, we’re preparing to introduce:

THE STONE TONE BRIDGE.

A complete high-performance tremolo system built around genuine Fender® USA hardware, Stone Tone Products’ proprietary granite technology, and genuine Floyd Rose® push-in tremolo hardware — precision-machined, hand-finished, assembled, and inspected in Melbourne, Florida.

GENUINE FENDER® USA FOUNDATION

We start with a genuine Fender® USA stamped hardened-steel bridge plate and genuine Fender® vintage-style bent-steel saddles.

Every bridge plate receives additional precision machining across the entire 17 mm × 64 mm mating surface — 1,088 mm² of direct contact area — to eliminate factory micro-gaps and create accurate, continuous contact with the Stone Tone granite sustain block.

WHY GRANITE?

Stone Tone Products’ granite bridge technology goes back more than 22 years.

More than a decade ago, NASA aerospace physicists independently evaluated our granite piano bridge technology. Their evaluation found sound physical reasons for using granite as a musical-instrument bridge material, including rapid vibrational-energy transmission with low loss.

THE HEART OF THE SYSTEM

A custom-engineered 42 mm × 17 mm Volcano Black Absolute Granite string-through sustain block.

The result: enormous attack, exceptional note separation and articulation, increased sustain, improved harmonic structure, tighter low end, mids that sizzle, and high-end chime without harshness — while allowing the natural character of your pickups to speak with greater clarity.

FOUR CONFIGURATIONS

• 6-Hole Vintage — 2-1/16” Narrow
• 6-Hole Vintage — 2-7/32” Wide
• 2-Point Fulcrum — 2-1/16” Narrow
• 2-Point Fulcrum — 2-7/32” Wide

The Vintage 6-Hole uses a rear bevel for descending tremolo travel. The 2-Point Fulcrum versions add a recessed front contour for ascending travel while retaining full descending travel.

GENUINE FLOYD ROSE® PUSH-IN ARM

The traditional threaded Stratocaster tremolo arm is replaced with a genuine Floyd Rose® heavy-duty push-in arm and collet system integrated directly into the genuine Fender® bridge plate.

No sloppy threaded arm connection — just a solid, smooth, precise push-in system.

ZERO-SOLDER INSTALLATION

The grounding system is pre-wired from the underside of the Floyd Rose® collet hardware to be attached to the brass tremolo spring claw during installtion with a solderless screw-down ground terminal.

COMPLETE SYSTEM

Every bridge includes the genuine Fender® bridge plate and saddles, Stone Tone granite sustain block, genuine Floyd Rose® push-in arm and collet, brass spring claw, five tremolo springs, pre-wired ground lead, and required bridge hardware.

PRE-INTONATED FOR YOUR STRING GAUGE

Tell us the string gauge you use. Before shipment, every bridge is bench-assembled, radius-matched, and receives pre-intonation specifically for your selected string gauge.

That’s the “DROP IT & ROCK IT” experience.

FACTORY DIRECT

No dealer. No middleman. Every bridge comes directly from Stone Tone Products in Melbourne, Florida.

BATCH 01 — STRICTLY LIMITED TO 50 UNITS

Batch 01 launches January 2027.

The first 50 bridges will be offered factory-direct, first-come, first-served. After Batch 01 sells out, orders roll into the next production cycle.

PROTOTYPE SHOWN

The photos show the first fully functional Stone Tone Bridge prototype. Final Batch 01 units will include finished production machining, detailing, and the complete hardware package.

I’ve been building myself some strat trems and I will definitely say it has a positive impact due the increased precision and quality of materials. I, too recently made a trem plate using a FR push-in bar and wanted to chime in to say I really like what you’re doing and hope your business is thriving.

“Thanks, Scot, I really appreciate that — especially coming from someone who’s been building and experimenting with Strat trems himself. The Floyd Rose push-in arm was a natural choice for me as well. Another significant advantage of this design is the reduction in overall bridge weight due to the granite sustain block being substantially lighter than a comparable hardened-steel block. I’ve also put a lot of attention into the precision of the mating surfaces and mechanical coupling throughout the entire assembly. Thanks again for the kind words and for chiming in.”
