Hello RT,
I have a build I am hand aging parts for. In a previous thread, I included the bridge parts and such and will post an update when the entire guitar is finished.
Onto this thread!
I ordered a set of American Metal tele pickups made by Planet Tone for this build.
Originally, I had sent a brass cover for the pickup, which I planned on aging for the build.
Well, they reach out and say the new cover I sent is for vintage style pickups and is not large enough for my new set.
I had them go with raw nickel.
I was hoping I could get it close to that brass look.
I believe I did pretty well. Unsure if I even want to age it any more!
