I'm looking for a tremelo pedal that will do a fast, choppy, helicopter-type tremelo. The Boss PN2 is perfect, but they are hard to find. What other pedals will do that fast choppy on/off style of tremelo?

Pros: Very tweakable (you can get any trem sound), transparent, tap tempo, cheap (why spend hundreds on a pedal you rarely use)
Cons: Large footprint
The OP is used to the PN2.snowdog":wame83t1 said:nevusofota":wame83t1 said:Seymour Duncan Shape Shifter

No offense, but if you are familiar with the Goatkeeper, Empress or Cusack Tap A Whirl, this unit will not do every tremelo sound out there. I'm sure it does some cool sounds, but it appears to be discontinued anyways.
I would recommend checking out the Fulltone Supa-Trem too, but if you are going to spend that much, you might as well spend a little more and get the Empress or Cusack.
