Sounding great! How did you have the LP's volumes set for the clean tones? It sounded better clean than I thought it would with hot pickups like the Aldrichs.

The pickup volumes on the guitar were on 10.

I'm impressed I'm thinking a set up Aldrichs with push/pull splitter may be the way to go with my LP Custom.

Cool videos! IMO your clean has GREATLY improved with the passives. Just my opinion but it sounds much more organic and there's no sterile sound. The dirty tones sound great too. More raw sounding but not quite as smooth or saturated.

Sounds great Mark! Like I said before, it still sounds like you. I can tell the pickups have less compression. I like the way they sound with your setup. It is fun to have variety. I have a guitar with EMGs and it is fun to play. If you put a gun to my head I would choose passives but I do like actives too.

Im still fiddling with my heights with this pu. What have you settled on Mark? With the string fretted on the last fret.

On the bridge pickup I can just about fit 2 Dunlop 1.14mm picks, so I'm going to say 2mm?
