Suhr Aldrich pups...53 vs 55 mm? Help

I've got an Aldrich now in the white Stratocaster in my Avatar. Without a doubt my favorite pickup I've ever used. I do have it tapped and it sounds great! 2nd position on my switch.

It is VERY loud and I had to put a Pro Track in the neck position to even begin to compete with it volume wise. The Pro Track is hot and it's still not as loud.

Just get a push-pull pot and you can use it in the bridge position only.
Is there any reason I can't have a push/pull for the bridge pickup, and then another for the neck pickup?

For me, I think the tone pots would be better candidates for the push/pulls than the volume pots in order to lessen the chance of inadvertantly pushing them in.

Not sure if you are going with a neck Aldrich as well, but as long as your neck pickup is 4 conductor than you can use a push pull to split it.

I have a push pull pot tone for the neck pickup and a push pull pot for the bridge pickup to split them independently. You can just wire one push pull tone pot and split both at the same time, but I prefer to have the greater control.

What I meant was that you can use just a single push-pull pot to split both pickups, and you can have that pot in the bridge volume spot to do that. You can just as easily have 2 independent push-pulls, one for each pickup if you want. Whatever you want! There's no right or wrong.
