A great tech, here on Long Island cannot find why the chassis is microphonic. The tubes are good and he went thru the amp from one end to the other. I'm off-loading the head and cab. I'm moving soon and I'm not dragging this fuse-blowing lemon with me.
 
I'd make sure its the right fuse. I had a buddy that kept blowing fuses after retubing a Marshall, and he kept replacing the slow blow with a fast blow. That'll do it! Derp..
