And some of his feel/vibe from tubetramp but end of the day, it's called " inspiration"..you take something and make it yours. These are great interviews though, love it

Wow. Love. This. The picking attack and left hand legato notes have such clarity and attack without the plate verb and echoplex rounding the edges off all the notes. Also, I hear more low mids and fullness through that Plexi without the eq polish. The raw track sounds a LOT more like the VH-II guitar tone. Ed’s raw sound didn’t really change as much between the 1st 2 albums as one would think from listening to the finished product. This is great.
