Listening to Darren play does the same thing for me, I'm somewhere in between inspired and clinically depressed.  Goodness, what a player!

It's hard to believe that Jerry can custom make these amps for the price he's asking, if they come anywhere NEAR the rave reviews -- well worth the price.

Grab Darren's cd, in his sig... cheap and tasty riffing! Got it in my car right now, I'm lucky he's local we've shared a bill before... I did not want to have to follow that! Lol... local Satch-ery!

Re the amp, I WILL have some (lame playin) clips made tomorrow for sure. ill try an cover all the different thing this sugar caned beasty can do!

Back panel pic too....

Jerry should raise his his price a little and give Mark some dividends.  Mark likes Jerry. Told me so.

I am.. the special is over unless 4 months build time is ok. Unless youve already made contact with me and are still pondering it. (pretty good time frame considering) thanks to those who ordered and thanks for your trust.

I can never tell if comments of what Mark said or didnt say are true or false but I did the whole, let me do an amp called the CLC 100 (Cameron Lead Channel) and cut you some of the dough. He wasnt interested. Just too much on his plate. The additional lead boost on the Atomica is Marks from the Hybrid . I do give credit where credit is due. Mark has been very instrumental in getting Surreal off the ground. Im very grateful. The Classic Modern series and the Classic Squared are all my crazy ideas. Now I need a great bro like Brad to help me push Surreal over the top.....investor guy sort of thing but someone who loves amps and guitars and playing loud.   .

Man, these things look absolutely gorgeous and the reviews seem spectacular as well. Might this be the best amp per dollar?
Agreed. This thread is really killing me! Jerry and Dave at Baron might just be making the best bang for buck amps out there!
Jerry's 'More' pedals are great too. Had #3. Shoulda kept it!

I know you have always been straight up about things. My comment about Mark is true. He really seemed to like you when I spoke with him. He said he wished you were involved with his amps now. I am happy you are finally getting things moving from a customer standpoint. The amps sound really good and some of the guys raving about them know tone and amps. Are you at four months now? I am still pondering it Jerry. Can I have a grandfather clause please? I am waiting on my Meloncon to sell. The used market is awful. Seems people are getting quite angry in the US. The foundations of capitalism do not seem to be in effect.

That wood logo looks great :inlove:

the wood logo is badass.... I was stoked when I walked in and saw it. All respect to the plexi baffles, this one stinks of boutique...classy, etc...

I pulled a Diego, jumped off the 5153 mini bandwagon and ordered a CM50. Easy call to make since I preordered the mini in August and the release has been delayed, yet again. Now, I get a customized amp with boosts and the color I want for not a whole lot more $.
Go Jerry and go USA made

Lol "Pulled a Diego"!

If that means, "buys handbuilt American made custom amplification"
Then I endorse the above statement!
:D

All my amps were born in California, cept for my Kustom.(made in Kentucky with my bourbon!)

Edit-Chinese Blackheart.... Jerry stuffed a Cali Jose in there anyway!

Mesa Boogie
Ken Lawrence
Tom Anderson
Suhr
Surreal
Cameron
Friedman
LuxxTone
Taylor
DW Drums

since i'm personally responsible for this thread I still expect my smokin' deal when the time comes Jerry! I am very well connected to the amp nerds in my area as well and do believe once I get this I can throw some more business your way. I can wait four months no problem by the way :)

that is cool - I'll be there.

I spent a good part of the day playing around with the clean channel.

Like channel two-it just does SO much. This amp covers so much tonally it's unbelievable!

I'm getting close to choosing between the CM and the Atomica...anyone else with more insight on these?

My sounds in my head - mainly 80's Sunset Strip bands up to Alice in Chains if that helps at all... I don't need a super heavy sound, and my main sound/tone influences kind center around classic Warren Demartini, George Lynch, Jerry Cantrell's AIC stuff, old EVH, Zakk (not the ping stuff...)...you get the idea.

Thanks! Looking forward to making something happen!
