Anybody here ever trade/sell at Sweetwater? Do they pay well compared to Guitar Center or others?

I don't think Sweetwater buys used gear, they just offer a used gear classifieds for private sellers.

According to their site they're probably about the same as GC.

"Product values in the Gear Exchange are determined by past, comparable eBay sales. Offers are usually 60% of the average price of those eBay sales."

I don't see why they would be any different than GC or anywhere else. They still have to fit the profit margin.
